RETURN & REFUND OR EXCHANGE
- Item can be returned and refunded or exchanged for whatever reason within the cooling off period-10 days from the day of purchase by courier or walk-in. Return and refund or exchange will not be entertained after cooling off period.
- The customer may request a return/exchange form from our customer service team, fill up and submit via email.
- For returned or exchanged items, please provide a copy of consignment note and tracking number for our reference after the acceptance of return/exchange form.
- Item to be exchanged or returned must be in original and good condition included the product packaging. It also must be reusable, resell-able, unaltered, unopened and unexpired to qualify for return/exchange.
- If the item is not in original condition, it will not be accepted for exchange or return and refund.
- Shipping fee for return or exchange should responsible by the customer.
- Refund will be processed within14 days once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping fee and other processing fee are not entitled for refund.
