Shipping Policy

PAYMENT

  • All transactions are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
  • We accept online banking, debit card and credit card payment via iPay88 payment gateway.
  • Upon check out, you will be directed to the iPay88 gateway page. Please make payment immediately via the iPay88 popup page to secure your order.

ORDER

  1. Click on “Shopping Mall”.
  2. Choose a product and put into shopping cart.
  3. Click [Checkout] and confirmed your shipping address, shipping method and billing address.
  4. Select Payment Method and proceed with payment and you are done! (wait for system confirmation).

SHIPPING

  • Shipping area is opened for Malaysia.
  • The shipping fee is as below table:
  • Purchase above RM250 will entitle for free shipping program.
  • Order will be dispatched via our selected shipping partner.
  • Order will be processed and shipped within two working days.
  • Order can only be shipped during working days and hours.
  • Order shall be placed early before peak period or public holiday to avoid lateness of delivery.
  • Shipping time and cost may differ by region.
  • You will receive an email with the shipping information and tracking number.
  • Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number.
  • Our company will not responsible for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by delivery.
  • Our company will not liable for any tax or other fees incurred by custom clearance in your country.
  • Our company will not responsible for any unsuccessful delivery and its costs for whatever reason.
  • Please contact with our shipping partner for re-delivery or self-collection upon unsuccessful delivery or rearrangement. Any cost incurred will be liable by the customer.
  • All parcels will be returned to our company if being unsuccessful delivery after 7 working days.
  • The customer is liable with any cost which charged to the Company by the shipping company for the return of parcel as mentioned at the above term upon unsuccessful delivery.

  • Please read through our shipping, returns, exchange and return policy before placing order.

RETURN & REFUND OR EXCHANGE

  • Item can be returned and refunded or exchanged for whatever reason within the cooling off period-10 days from the day of purchase by courier or walk-in. Return and refund or exchange will not be entertained after cooling off period.
  • The customer may request a return/exchange form from our customer service team, fill up and submit via email.
  • For returned or exchanged items, please provide a copy of consignment note and tracking number for our reference after the acceptance of return/exchange form.
  • Item to be exchanged or returned must be in original and good condition included the product packaging. It also must be reusable, resell-able, unaltered, unopened and unexpired to qualify for return/exchange.
  • If the item is not in original condition, it will not be accepted for exchange or return and refund.
  • Shipping fee for return or exchange should responsible by the customer.
  • Refund will be processed within14 days once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fee and other processing fee are not entitled for refund.
  • Our company will not be responsible if the shipment lost or damaged during the transit.
